Crispy Chicken Burger/Fried chicken Burger

My son love’s Chicken burger very much. So, we used to have chicken burger at McD and Chick fill-A. At his school, his friend’s are have burger, sandwich, pasta etc., for lunch. Because of him, for his lunch box im started to try chicken burger at home. And my goodness it came out Amazing.

Actually chicken burger can be made with fried chicken and chicken patties. Now im posting fried chicken burger. Soon will post chicken patties burger too. So, friends I hope you will try this chicken burger and let me know how its turn out for you.

Prep Time : 20 mins      Cooking Time : 10 mins

Resting Time : 30 mins     Serves : 2

Ingredients: 

Chicken Breast : 1 large Slice it

Burger buns : 2

Oil to fry

For Marination :

Red chilly powder : 2 tsp

Pepper powder : 1 tsp

Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Lemon Juice : 2 tbsp

Ginger powder : 1 tsp

For Outer Coating:

Maida : 1/2 cup

Corn flour : 2 tbsp

Soy Sauce : 1 tbsp

Red chilly Powder : 1 tsp

Pepper powder : 1 tsp

Salt to taste

For Burger Sauce :

Mayo : 1/2 Cup

Tomato Sauce : 1 tbsp

Red chilly sauce : 1 tbsp

Tomato Slices as needed

Onion Slices as needed

Cabbage as needed

Method: 

  1. wash chicken with water. Cut them into slices. Just beat it with back side of knife. Mix it with spices, lemon juice and salt. Let it marinate for 30 mins.
  2. In mean time, make a burger sauce by mixing mayo, tomato ketchup, red chilly sauce. Set aside.
  3. Now mix all ingredients under outer coating, now sprinkle in some water and keep mixing with your hands till it reaches coarse mixture.
  4. Beat a egg. Now take a marinated chicken slices. Dip in egg, then in coarse mixture. Again in egg, then in coarse mixture.
  5. Then deep fry it oil to crisp both the side for about 8- 10 mins.
  6. Then spread burger sauce in both sides of bun. Keep cabbage leaf, then fried chicken, then sliced onion and tomato. place over the other half of bun and serve.

Mean time, mix tomato ketchup, mayo and red chilly sauce in a bowl, set aside.

Mix it with your hands by sprinkling some water to coarse mixture

Beat a egg. Dip chicken into it

Again in coarse mixture powder. Press it with your hands tightly

Then fry it in oil both sides to brown in color and crisp

Then spread a burger sauce both sides of bun

start arranging with cabbage leaf, fried chicken, sliced onions and sliced tomatoes. Cover up with other half of bun.
