My son love chicken Drumstick more than chicken pieces. He want to try other that tandoori chicken in drumstick. So i googled lot in internet. At last i come across this buttermilk roast chicken drumstick. Mostly it is like northern, southern etc., But i like to try in indian style. I tried out this last Sunday on my way. Came out very well.
It came be bake covered with cornflakes also. But already i have tried and posted that too Oven Fried Chicken Legs/Oven fried chicken with cornflakes-Indian Style
This one was on my list for so many months, I wanted to try it so badly, but somehow keeps forgetting. Yesterday when I was going through my to do list I found this recipe. So immediately I got into actions. Actually I changed the ingredients a bit and made it to my taste. You can try as you liked ingredients also and bake.
I went to my near bysupermarket and bought the stuff which I needed, actually there is not much for me to purchase. Because the stuffs needed for this recipe is so simple and was always a standby in my pantry and freezer. I marinated the chicken yesterday
night and just throwed this in the oven today morning. I brought it to my friends and they all loved it a lot. I hope you will love it and tell me if you try it someday.
