Mutton Kuzhumbu/Mutton Kulambu for idli, dosa, appam, chapatti etc.,

Mutton Kuzhumbu is the best gravy you can have for rie/briyani. It is also an excellent side dish for chappati/roti. There are many styles of mutton gray but the mutton gravy tamilnadu style tastes the best. The addition of the ground masala adds an unique taste and flavor to this recipe. When I was young my mom used to make chappati or parotta and then make this delicious mutton curry at home.

It was always so tasty that i preferred eating at home rather than at the hotel. Friends do try this delicious and easy mutton kulumbu at home and this weekend an exciting weekend for your family and friends. Also i would like to hear your feedback on this recipe in the comments below.

I firstly cooked mutton with shallots, coriander leaves, turmeric powder with salt for 20 mins. Then roast spices with coconut and make a paste for further use. I cooked potato with this kulumbu. If you dont like just skip potato and make mutton kulumbu as below.
