Carrot (julienne) : 1 no.

Carom Seeds (ajwain) : 1 tsp

Kasoori methi – 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder : 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp

Oil to deep fry
- Take some coriander seeds, fennel seeds; make a coarse powder on mortar pestle.2. Cut all veggies you like, chop them into juliennes. Set aside.3. Take a bowl add powder of coriander and fennel seeds, ajwain, chickpea flour, Rice flour, Kasthoori methi, salt, oil and mix them till sandy texture.
4. Now add in all chopped julienne veggies with chilly and turmeric powder. 5. Mix it properly and rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle some water and make a dough. Heat oil in a pan for deep-fry. Put small dumplings in oil and fry till golden color.
Serve it with hot chutney or with ketchup. Enjoy it with hot chai/Tea.
