Serves : 3-4
Prep Time : 5 mins Cooking Time : 20 mins
Fish Pieces : 12 nos
Lemon Juice : 1/2 lemon
Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
Coriander Powder : 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder : 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Ginger : 1 inch chopped
Garlic : 4
Coriander leaves : 1 tbsp chopped
Salt as needed
Oil to fry
- Wash the fish under running cold water and pat with napkin to remove unnecessary moisture. Take all ingredients to a blender. Make it to a fine paste. Mix well with fish and coriander leaves. Allow it to marinate for 15 mins
2. Heat oil in a skillet. Spread fish pieces, fry on both sides on medium heat till brown in color.
Serve it with lemon wedges and onion slices. Enjoy.
