Prep Time : 5 mins Freezing Time : 8 hours
Evaporated Milk : 16 oz
Condensed milk : 14 oz
Heavy Whipping Cream : 16 oz
Grounded Nuts : 1/2 cup (i used Cashews and Almonds)
Cardamom Powder : 1 tsp
- In a large bowl, pour and stir together evaporated milk, cream, condensed milk, cardamom, and grounded nuts.
2. Pour into Popsicle molds, stainless-steel kulfi molds, or even paper cups. (I used paper cups small size). Freeze it overnight or 8 hours.Before serving, dip the molds in warm water to make the frozen desserts easier to remove. Garnish with more crushed nuts as per your choice.
