Creamy Malai Kufi is a delicious summer treat! It’s a little like ice cream but Kulfi has it’s own unique flavor. Try this super simple recipe. You won’t believe how easy it is! 3 main ingredient ‘NO COOK’ Easy Malai Kulfi, is full of intense flavors and silky creaminess.

Prep Time : 5 mins       Freezing Time : 8 hours



Evaporated Milk : 16 oz

Condensed milk : 14 oz

Heavy Whipping Cream : 16 oz

Grounded Nuts : 1/2 cup (i used Cashews and Almonds)

Cardamom Powder : 1 tsp


  1. In a large bowl, pour and stir together evaporated milk, cream, condensed milk, cardamom, and grounded nuts.

    2. Pour into Popsicle molds, stainless-steel kulfi molds, or even paper cups. (I used paper cups small size).
