This is an tasty side dish for rice with any veg or non-veg gravies. This is my grandma’s recipes. My grandpa is an prawn lover, so my grandma used to do prawn regularly with veggies. Already i posted Flatbeans shrimp Poriyal which related to this recipe. Great for prawn/shrimp lovers.

Now time to add eggs and mix it. Cook it on medium heat, until eggs cook and form like poriyal/bhurji. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Notes:
- Dont add lot of water while adding shrimp. Because shrimp will leaves water. So sprinkle some water and cook.
