Vathal Kuzhambu is one my most favorites. Vathal kulambhu is an easy dish which we normally make at home. This is very simple and tasty kuzhumbu. No need to grind any masala or coconut. I love to eat sundakkai vathal simply with sambar, rasam, curd rice. It is rich in iron and have lot of health benefits. One main thing is it can help you to get rid of worms in tummy.
