This is very simple and flavorful chutney. It will go great with idly and dosa. This chutney can use to dip indian snacks as bajji and samosas. Coriander leaves is very good to health. No need to roast anything. Just prep all ingredients, take it to blender, give a speed.

Coriander leaves : 1 cup Chopped
Curry leaves : 1 spring
Grated Coconut : 1/4 cup
Tamarind : 1 amla size
Ginger : 1 inch chopped
Green Chilly : 1
Salt to taste
Oil : 2 tsp
Mustard : 1 tsp
Urad Dal : 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves : few
- Take coriander and curry leaves. Wash them nicely. Chop coriander leaves, grate coconut. Then set all other ingredients ready. Take them to a mixie jar.
2. Give a speed. Add little water in between. Grind it to a smooth puree. Transfer it to a bowl. Add tempering ingredients.
Coriander leaves chutney ready. Serve it with hot idly or dosas.
