This is simple and tasty dish, it is a dry kind of dish which goes beautiful with rice, even with rasam rice. There is no much preparation for this, just few spices tossed with gobi and peas makes its so yummy. In this dish i added gram flour to toss gobi and make it crisp outside. You can add potato also instead of peas. I hope you will try this out and let me know how it turned out for you..

Cauliflower : 1 florets cut into bite size pieces
Green Peas : 1/4 cup (i used frozen)
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
Garam Masala : 1 tsp
Gram Flour : 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil : 4 tbsp
- Cut gobi into bite size. Put it in hot water mixed with turmeric powder for 5 mins. Drain and set a side.
2. Heat oil in a kadai, drop cauliflower add salt, red chilly powder, garam masala. Saute it well. cover and cook for 80%. No need to add water, cauliflower leaves water, that enough. Now add green peas, toss it.
3. Then add gram flour and add oil little by little. keep on medium low heat to make gobi crisp evenly. Tossing often it till get golden brown in color.
Serve with rice
