After knowing about the health benefits of garlic,we all should try to  incorporate garlic in our daily diet. Today we will learn how to make garlic chutney following this easy recipe.

Serves : 2

Prep Time : 5 mins     Cooking Time : 5 mins


Garlic : 30 -35 Cloves (Skin Peeled)

Dry Red Chilly : 2

Tomato : 1/2

Salt to taste

For Tempering:

Oil : 2 tsp (Gingelly oil)

Mustard Seed : 1 tsp

Hing : a generous pinch

Curry leaves : 10

Method :

  1. Peel the garlic, set a side in a plate. Take rest ingredients in a plate. Transfer all ingredients to a blender and add little water, grind to fine smooth paste.

    2. Then in a pan, heat oil, throw tempering ingredients one by one. Now add this smooth paste and allow it to cook for 2 mins on medium heat. Enjoy it with idly or dosa. 20170104_193029
