With cauliflower we have lot recipes like gobi 65 gravy and dry, poriyal, baking form etc., Here we are going to have look on simple cauliflower fry. Try and let me know how it turns out..
Prep Time : 15 mins Cooking Time : 5 mins each batch
Cauliflower : 1 cut it to small flowers
Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 3 tsp
Ginger garlic Paste : 2 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
salt to taste
Maida/All purpose flour : 2 tbsp
Rice flour : 2 tbsp
Oil for deep fry
- Cut cauliflower in to small flowers and wash it with hot water which have a mix of salt and turmeric powder. Strain it.
- Their should not a pinch of water in flowers. take it to a wide bowl. Then add red chilly, turmeric, coriander powders with salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix well to coat with cauliflower well. Allow it to rest for 10mins.3. Then add maida/all purpose flour and rice flour, mix well to coat. Then heat oil for deep fry in a kadai on high heat. Oil got heat put some flower in to oil, fry til golden brown. Then serve as your wish.
