This is an easy and exotic Indian dish. Its creamy, rich, mildly spiced and extremely flavorful dish. Kuruma also spelled as korma, khorma, kurma etc., Kuruma is mainly made of vegetables and meat with yogurt, cream, coconut paste etc., But here will have look with gram flour. This will be made in few minutes. If guest come surprisingly, u can surprise them with this kuruma.

Green peas : 1 cup ( i used frozen one, u can any veggies)
oil : 2 tsp
Fennel seeds/sombu : 1 tsp
onion : 1/2 thinly sliced
green chilies : 2 slit
water : 1 cup
gram flour : 3tsp
Turmeric : 1tsp
salt to tast
coriander for garnishing
- In a pan take oil. Once it heat, put fennel seeds. Then add onions, green chilies, turmeric in that. cook till golden brown.
3. If onions got golden brown, add green peas in. Add 1/2 cup of water allow to boil. Then add gram flour water into that, stir well.
4. keep in low heat and stir well. In few minutes, it will comes to creamy and thick consistency. Done. Garnish with coriander and serve with chappatti, iddiyappam etc.,
